As I sit on this plane heading home from Los Angles, I am craving kale. I hope to get this post done before I have to shut this off. So quickly : First clean a bunch of kale (1.5 lbs) cut off stems and saute in a pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper until wilted. Remove from pan and put in serving dish. Cut up one package of firm tofu into cubes and using the same pan with some olive oil and cook tofu cubes until lighly golden on two sides. Remove from pan and put in serving dish with kale. Top with toasted sesame seeds and add any additional salt or pepper to taste. Great warm or cold.
