Zucchini Bolognese

This recipe follows my Oh! Bolognese! How I love thee…..sauce recipe, but instead of using beef, pork and lamb I replaced all the meat with ground turkey.  I used both lean ground turkey and regular ground turkey. For the zucchini I simply sautéed  2 green zucchini with 4 gloves of chopped garlic in olive oil until tender. I then combined the zucchini, sauce and rigatoni.  Enjoy!
