Ok as Passover winds down this will be the last post about Matzah! I promise. To make a Matzah Frittata simply add your favorite ingredients to eggs and milk and crumble in some Matzah. Cook over the stove to set and finish in the oven. For this Matzah Frittata I used tomatoes, spinach, leeks, mushrooms and feta cheese.
