Grilled Rosemary Garlic Potatoes, Grilled green beans with sundried tomatoes and grilled corn on the cob
I love that summer brings so many fresh vegetables. I visited the farmer’s market and came home with a ton of vegetables perfect for grilling!
Grilled Green Beans with Garlic and Sun Dried Tomatoes
Clean and cut 1 1/2 to 2 lbs green beans and add to a bowl, add 1/2 lb cut chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic chopped, salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Mix together and put in a grill safe basket/tray. Grill on medium to high heat until tender.
Grilled Rosemary Garlic Potatoes
Slice 6 medium potatoes and place in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary and 3 cloves of garlic chopped, salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Mix together and put in a grill safe basket/tray. Grill on medium to high heat until crispy.
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Just shuck and clean corn, brush with olive oil and spice to taste! Happy Grilling!
