There is just 1 week to Purim which means it is time to make the Hamantaschen! Every year I make close to 300 of these yummy little treats and this year will be no different! The only thing that will be different is that in addition to the traditional fillings I always make (apricot coconut, raspberry, and Cinnamon prune raisin) I will also be making some very special flavors. (You will need to check back in the next few days just to see what they are!)
So tomorrow I will start on the yearly tradition….. Time to make the Hamantaschen!
